Trip Hop Arcadia is a video game OST soundtrack for indie game makers that need free music to use.

I have been luck to be in dozens of game jams and know composers aren't always available for teams.

Library music that is free to use can be incredibly corny sounding. My music may also be corny, but perhaps less so (lol)
